If you struggle with insecurity, a lack of self-confidence, body image issues or a negative internal dialogue as it relates to how you see yourself, these devotionals are for you. I recommend reading them on Sunday’s before jumping into your week, and carry that mantra with you as you complete the workouts. Dig into the scriptures referenced in the devotionals each week. You will notice physical change throughout this program if you stick with the workouts and eat well. But the biggest transformation (I hope!) will be in your heart. This program will change you from the inside out if you let it.
